I’m Jennifer, the baking aficionado behind this little slice of heaven. Here in our HQ in Cahir, Co. Tipperary, baking isn’t just a job – it’s a passion passed down through generations, all the way from my wonderful grandmother, Nancy.

Brownies
Our brownie's are a delightful and decadent treat with a dense, moist texture and an intense chocolate flavour. With each bite, you encounter a fudgy interior that melts in the mouth, complemented by a crackly crust that adds texture to the experience.
Blondies
Our blondie have a rich, buttery flavour with subtle caramel undertones due to the use of brown sugar. Its texture is soft and chewy, similar to our brownies, but perfect for those who prefer a lighter, caramel-infused alternative to chocolate desserts.
NYC Style Cookies
Our chocolate chip cookies are a delightful blend of sweetness and richness, offering a satisfyingly soft and moist texture with just the right amount of chewiness. The chocolate chips, nestled within the dough, provide bursts of melted chocolate goodness.
